Optional paid calls. The Exploration Call ($99.99, 40 minutes) is strategy only. The Consultation Call ($249, 90 minutes) adds a mockup or written recommendation. Both are non-refundable once confirmed, without affecting your statutory rights (see section 7 of our Refund Policy).

Yes, in full, if you go ahead within 7 days of the call. Book a Consultation Call at $249, then go ahead with Starter, and the $249 comes off the Starter invoice. It is the first part of the same invoice, not an extra cost.

Starter is paid 100% upfront. Growth and Premium are 70% to start and 30% when you approve the final version, before handover. We email an invoice in your own currency, carrying the bank details of an account in your country, and you pay by bank transfer. Bank details are never published on the site.

No. The package price is the total. The only possible extras are pages beyond the package ($40–$80/page), revision rounds beyond those included ($75/hour) and third-party subscriptions you choose. Each is agreed in writing before any work starts.

No, it is optional. Standard is $195/month and Priority is $269/month, and either cancels with 30 days' notice. It covers minor content updates, small fixes and general maintenance, not hosting, security services or new features.

Yes. On final payment every file transfers to you: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and images, and we remove our own access. You can host it anywhere or hand it to any developer. Third-party licences such as stock images and fonts stay under their providers' terms; see section 8.2 of our Terms of Service.

Plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript: no CMS and no page builder. That means no platform fee and no plugins to patch. You can host it anywhere; Cloudflare Pages has a free plan.

Yes, if you are comfortable with basic HTML. Most text changes are easy to find. If you would rather not, the Care Plan covers it, or we quote a one-off update before doing anything.

Nothing changes. You already own every file, and nothing depends on us after handover.

When we have both your deposit and your completed project brief. Not when you first contact us, and not when payment is sent. This is in our Terms of Service and confirmed in writing at kick-off.

Copywriting is not included at a fixed price on any package; we can quote it separately. Otherwise you write a short brief and we place your text. We source licensed stock photos at no extra cost. That licence is held by us and does not transfer to you on handover (Terms of Service, section 8.2).

Every package includes at least one structured revision round: you send one consolidated list of changes and we handle all of it. Extra rounds are $75/hour, agreed in writing first. If you want to see the direction before the build, the Consultation Call includes a mockup.

No. We build on a staging link and you set up hosting before go-live; we walk you through it at handover. You need a registered domain name before launch, and we can advise where to get one.

In India. We work with clients in the US, UK, Canada and Australia, entirely in English, with prices shown in USD, GBP or INR. You can reach us 24/7.
