Offer Terms
Last updated: 5 August 2026 · No promotion is currently running.
Why this page exists
When we run a promotion, its full terms are published here before it opens, and they stay here for the life of the offer. That way you can read exactly what an offer includes before you commit to anything, rather than working it out from an advertisement.
We do not run permanent "limited time" pricing, and we do not inflate a standard price so a discount looks larger. If this page says no offer is running, no offer is running.
What these terms cover when an offer is live
Every offer we publish here is set out against the same headings, so you can compare like with like:
- Offer period. The exact opening and closing dates, and what has to happen inside them for a booking to qualify.
- Eligibility. Who can claim it: new clients, existing clients, particular packages, particular countries.
- What's included. Precisely what you receive under the offer.
- What's excluded. Precisely what you do not receive, stated explicitly rather than left to inference.
- Payment terms. Deposit, balance, schedule, and currency for the offer.
- Combining with other offers. Whether it stacks with anything else.
Until an offer is published here, nothing on this page grants any entitlement, and no discount is implied by its existence.
Our right to withdraw or amend
We may withdraw, amend, suspend, or extend any offer at any time, for any reason, without notice. This applies to offers not yet claimed and to future bookings.
A change or withdrawal never affects a booking already confirmed. Once your booking is confirmed under an offer, the terms in force at that moment continue to apply to your project in full, whatever happens to the offer afterwards. If we shorten an offer window, withdraw the offer entirely, or change what it includes, your confirmed booking is unaffected and we honour it as agreed.
When a booking counts as confirmed
A booking is confirmed under an offer when we have acknowledged it in writing and you have paid the deposit or upfront fee applicable to your package. Both are required. An enquiry, a call, a quote, or a verbal agreement does not confirm a booking, and does not lock in an offer.
Where an offer is withdrawn between your payment and our written acknowledgement, we honour the offer for you.
How offer terms sit alongside our other terms
Our Terms of Service, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy apply in full to every offer. Where a published offer term conflicts with the Terms of Service, the offer term prevails for that offer only, and only for bookings confirmed inside the offer window.
An offer never reduces your statutory rights. The Australian Consumer Law position in section 7 of the Refund and Cancellation Policy, and the preservation of statutory rights in every other jurisdiction in section 8 of that policy, apply to offer bookings exactly as they apply to standard bookings.
Errors
If an offer is published with an obvious error, for example a price or a date that is plainly wrong, we may correct it. Where you have already confirmed a booking in good faith against the erroneous term, we will contact you, explain the error, and let you choose between the corrected offer and cancelling with a full refund of anything you have paid.
